Full Stack Developer- Remote

We’re looking for full-stack developers to join our team! The customer is a global SaaS company with the market-leading platform for property and casualty loss control, LossControl360 (LC360). We specialize in providing P&C Insurance workflow, AI, data, and analytics for evaluating risks associated with property. Our product reduces losses (sometimes even saving peoples’ lives) and you’ll be part of the driving force behind that mission.

Your day-to-day job looks like this:
• Build new functionality into and improve our SaaS platform based on roadmap and customer requests
• Develop high-quality software using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript on schedule
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, estimation sessions, daily stand-ups, peer code reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria and raise concerns when needed
• Collaborate with QA, Professional Services, Information Systems & Security and Technical Support on a regular basis

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
• 5+ years in a Scrum environment
• Proven experience with planning, execution, and the success of complex technical projects
• Impeccable computational thinking, the breakdown of large complex problems into small, simpler ones to solve technical and business challenges
• Understands usability and how to deliver an optimized digital experience
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently and in group settings
